With 14+ years of project leadership, Sourav fuses cutting-edge tech with ethical data practices, whether optimizing AI at GM or tackling urban challenges at KoBaatNi. From automating systems at U of Michigan to making research hit real-world impact at American U, he’s all about using data for good—securely, ethically, and with future focus. Oh, and he ran a photo studio in NYC-NJ, snapping evidence that won cases and served justice, proving once again that a picture really can be worth a thousand words (or saved parking tickets.)
On a random day, you’ll find him playing with his dog Lily, engaging in a conversation about how America has evolved since 1990s, or sipping his favorite cuppa chai!

Product and Ops. Strategy
A bold design strategist and product manager with a knack for blending spatial design with smart strategy, Samaksh turns big ideas into human-centered, sustainable solutions that don’t just look good—they work. From designing international airports to shaping spaces for massive FMCG production campus, his journey spans industries and scales. His expertise? Crafting seamless experiences from airports to apps, always putting people first. Big on collaboration, design innovation, and all things bougie—whether it’s service design, aviation, or championing LGBTQ+ rights, Samaksh is always ready for the next creative challenge.
On a random day, he can be found people-gazing, because why not?! But on a serious note, tuning onto something that helps them organize their 10,000 thoughts as he sips on his favorite coffee, or GnT – who knows?!
ISHAANEE
Business Design and everything in between
She sees the world in systems and structures, broken, connected and functional. An expert in qualitative research and business design, Ishaanee has crafted solutions that align human needs with organizational goals for organizations such as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Aspen Institute, Indian School of Business, Parsons School of Design, Philips, Uber, and more. Currently, she’s channeling her passion for healthcare and education into building a mental health platform aimed at strengthening self-image. Her mission? To bring clarity to complexity and create solutions that elevate lives and drive meaningful change.
On a random day, she can be found skimming through another research paper, or coloring, or figuring out where to head to next?!
